I sat, put on the earphones and listened to the hypnosis track. After counting backward from 300 to 1 with concentration, I realized that:
I had an oustanding change in my voice,
my internal self talk dropped to almost 0,
I have more energy and desire to resume my goals,
I feel more positive,
I breathe more fully...
